Thereβs not a place to write in real reason for absence. It is also difficult to maneuver in the app
Complaint
Iβm not sure if it is the app, the technology, or lack of subs. I am very disappointed in Support South. I have requested to have subs in plenty of time and my requests have not been filled. I have discussed the matter with subs before and they have complained about the app. They said that once they accept a job that the other options for the week disappear. I have to wonder if the technology is part of our problem.

Canβt submit
No reasons show up in the drop box when asked reason for absence. This means I canβt submit the request at all

Reset password
After I figured out how to reset my password. It worked like a charm.

I would like to be able to put my sub in when I create the absence. I have to call our secretary or contact the person.

But......as an admin I can not see the back office on the app.
