I miss when WSBTV didn’t do clickbait articles and would tell you the news in the article. I had to rely on other apps because of this.
App Not Good
You all need to do some work on this app because it not work properly like it should.
Freezes
This app freezes up constantly to the point that I have to restart my iPad to get it to unfreeze it’s annoying. It needs updates for improvement. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, and nothing helps the freezing up.

Slow app

WSB is the leader in news and information. Their info on weather and traffic is a must to start the day!
Stalls a lot
Can’t enjoy the app because it does not stay on or the videos stop frequently. Have to continuously come out of the app and go back in.
Not user friendly
This app a waste of my time. It cuts the story off while the interview is going and just moves to the next story only to do the same thing. Also, most of the videos don’t show when you click on them; you can only hear people talking.
Bad News
Every time breaking news comes through it’s always “Bad or Depressing “ news. I’ve never read anything good on this app.
Frequently Annoying
1. There are frequent multiple notifications for the EXACT article minutes apart and then days later. I’ll have anywhere from 21-50 notifications and about 12-15 are repetitive. 2. Sometimes I click the notification and the article doesn’t load and it’s impossible to find it on the app.
3. I have to frequently forward the articles in a message or to google in order to see the videos because it often won’t play.

Notifications have bad links
Lately and for the last day, the notification link takes us to an unrelated article. Who is managing the links? Then, if I want to find the relevant article based on that notification it’s not listed anywhere. You’re nailing the art of click bait.

The constant updates and factual information provided by WSB-TV News is a CONSTANT in my life. I thoroughly appreciate how WSB-TV STAYS ON THE JOB…Delivering news we can all TRUST AND BELIEVE . THANKS TO ALL WHO MAKE THAT POSSIBLE.
yall are paid too much money to have this poor excuse of an app.
crashes. videos freeze on ads. often showing different media to the article altogether. spamming notifications all day long, then not being able to see the actual breaking news, because the player is just frozen black.
good until notifications became spammy
there's no reason to start re-sending notifications about stories i already read about a week prior. what's the reason for this? i'll even open the article to see if it was updated but no, just unnecessarily spamming out notifications - and they're frequent enough as-is. deleting the app..

Video issues
Frequently, videos won’t load properly. Sometimes they crash the app altogether. In other times it will play the wrong video. I love watching this TV station and they are my #1 source of news and weather in Atlanta, but the app rarely gets used because of these issues
Be specific
When you are writing about an accident, murder or house fire, people want to know what town in the county you mention, what street if possible and the name(s) of the victim(s) else there is no point in even mentioning it.
