Meteorologist
I haven’t seen or found a weather app or tv channel that has had our weather right in a very long time!!!! They keep changing the daily and hourly weather every 15 minutes or so!!!! It’s frustrating to think our meteorologist can’t get our weather right! Why do they put, “follow me” for locations? Like I said it’s/they are never right with local forecast!!!

Love this storm team they are always dependable. The app never fails to give every notification.
Inaccurate many times
I’ve used WSB primarily for years to get weather information. It seems as though the weather alerts are not as accurate as they used to be. Putting in location for more specific prediction doesn’t seem to make a difference. Predictions often don’t occur. Weather is unpredictable, but with today’s technology it should be easier and more accurate to be more correct.

Not like it used to be
When I first got the app (the weather app & news app) it was always consistent and on point. Since the update it crashes and/or just hangs. A couple of months ago the take cover alert pinged my phone after the fact. I track the weather for family and friends to make sure they’re able to stay safe during severe weather. The old app gave plenty of time to prepare and get to safety. The update (at least for my use) hasn’t been as reliable as the old version).

Radar?
Why did they think changing the radar was a good thing? It is no longer helpful in what is coming or the severity of it ! Radar looks like an older version that no one thought to use until now. Hate it.
Notifications are terrible
I love the setup of the app, but it’s useless in terms of its notifications. I consistently get warned of precipitation, thunder, or other occurrences about 20-30 minutes after it’s occurred. This could be a life or death situation if someone was depending on this for tornado warnings. Please with on this.

Update ruined it
I woke up one morning and everything changed! I can adjust to most of the changes. But there is nothing live about the radar. It now is 5-15 minutes behind real time. We had a nearby tornado a couple mornings ago and I was unable to track it because of the lag in the radar. Had to find a new app.
Radar changes are bad
Before I updated this app there was a choice to see a “combo” radar that showed the past couple of hours and then the future 6 hours. This update took this ability away. Guess I will have to start depending on the Weather Channel app which still has this radar ability.

Lightning notifications slow
The lightning detection notification is hours behind. It used to be helpful, now it’s worthless and annoying to get a notification about lightning in my area hours after it actually happened and when there are currently no storms in the area.

When I first joined the app, the weather was spot on. I live on the lake, so it was great to have the alerts. But lately, the alerts have not been correct at all.
