Frustrating
I am not a tech genius, but I work with tech on a daily basis. I use passwords and logins and systems throughout my day for work. But this app is pretty bad. You can’t depend on it. It constantly doesn’t not let you log in bc of password issues even though my password has not changed. I have to go to bank to get it reset every time.

Good small town bank
The Wellington State Banks in Wheeler & Canadian, TX are friendly, efficient & helpful. I enjoy going into both, depending on which town I am in. I use their app on a regular basis, & it is very easy to navigate. I can tend to all of my business on the app except for a wire transfer.

I enjoy using the Wellington State bank app. It works well for looking out my accounts, but I would like to see a way to deposit checks and transfer money in between accounts.

Frustrating
This app is extremely frustrating. I have had to “enroll” in Face ID about every 3rd time I have used it.
Handy to have!
One feature that seems to have changed recently is the number of transactions that are shown! I liked when I could go back, so I could compare this month's bill to last,and so on. I hope I will be able to learn how to get back to my old transactions.
It makes transferring money from one account so much easier when it can be done online.

Re entering saved passwords
The idea that with Face ID I still need to re enter my password two to three times a week. Who designed the software to function that way should be jailed.
