Can’t access purchased songs; no customer support
We were using this app for our Sunday School and really loving it. After memorizing the first 10 questions and answers, I bought the rest of the songs, but the app wouldn’t update to give us access. I requested help through the contact page days ago, but got no response. Now we can’t continue. Super disappointing!

Definitely recommend!!
Easy to use! The songs are catchy, which makes it great for the whole family! You can tell a ton of work was put into it! Love that you have the option to download the songs!
Online only?
I really wanted to support this. I love the idea! Love it!! But $40 for something I can only access through a phone connected to internet seems strange. Maybe I just missed it and there actually is a download option? I’d get lots of use listening in the car. I also wish there was a physical option. Even maybe mp3.

On the "Account" screen, there is a button to "Download all available songs" and this lets you use the app offline. We may consider downloadable MP3s in the future, but right now, the songs can only be played in the app. Thanks!
