You need to post your certificates on your random number generator. Can you please?! I play a lot of poker live for many yrs that I haven’t seen so many frequent cooler hands that simply doesn’t make sense! I do understand coolers happen more frequently online but it’s very off!!!
Takes a month to cash out. 0 customer service
Been Trying to cash out what I had in there since I was no longer in Las Vegas and back home in Texas. This was 3 weeks ago. The transaction STILL says waiting approval but with one click of the button you could reverse it and continue playing. Reached out on twitter to customer service 3x and didn’t get a single response. Never playing on this site again. Why play a site where it takes a month to get your winnings, but seconds to take your deposit. I’d rate 0 if possible because there’s 0 customer service

Basic deposit functionality doesn’t work while playing poker
It’s really bad for the basic finance related function that doesn’t work! 1) if you play poker for a while and go back to deposit, it wouldn’t work! 2)when you are playing poker, you want to deposit some money, it wouldn’t work! This is SOOOOO BAD!!!

Site in an absolute joke. Only legal option in nevada so they have no competition so gives them no reason to run a good site. Save your money play elsewhere. RNG is garbage 1-2 outer get there almost every time in 4-5 bet pots absolute joke .

It shone that had to hand my money over , but it is. When I make deposits with my debit card it only works half the time.
PayPal is not as secure as we’re told and I was hacked so it’s not an option.
I’ve tried to do ACH it denies me every time. I even went to the pay near me locations twice and they couldn’t help me. I’ve called for help and got verified, but I still can’t make a deposit. Unbelievable!

Horrible app. Lots of issues.

This app is just bad. Terrible 1 outters getting there on the river after flopping nuts. I lost with AA to A10 to many times to count. Can’t believe I’ve spent this much time on this trash app. Club WPT is miles better than this
