Slow and buggy
The slowest, buggiest app in gaming. Slow customer service. And if that wasn’t enough, now you need to check ur email for a token every single time you sign in

Just stick to the ones that work
I was supposed to get 100% sign on bonus and did not receive it. The Apple have you going in circles trying to find a way to contact them . I decided to withdraw my money and now I’m jumping through hoops to get my own money back.
On top of that, the app frustratingly keeps kicking you off-line even under Wi-Fi.
Update- hold up on the withdrawal is due to my quick deposit withdrawal I can kind of see that, but I explained to them I’ve never received the bonus . Still waiting to hear back about that, but I decided to just cancel my withdrawal and start playing. I have to say so far it’s been Fairplay.. I had a couple small bonuses but kept playing.. I could’ve left up multiple times now. But truthfully I’m having fun playing. Sometimes when we play for the same app again they get cold on us so it’s good to play and win a bit and have fun. The fact that I was able to hit some bonuses, I had to change my rating . I respect Fairplay.

Good when it loads
This app is terrible. Won’t ever load a deposit or withdrawal. Just makes me close and open the app constantly until it finally will let me deposit/withdrawl

Trouble with the app
Every time i want to deposit, the screen just stay in black i try to refresh the page and don’t let me do anything.
There is no support
When i enter the casino i cant start a game. Because it says i have an incomplete game on blackjack. When i enter the room there is nothing. I have balance but i can't play. I texted with support 3 days ago. There is no solution.

Pros: easy to put money in and easy to pull money out.
Cons: app is player friendly, you could be chip leader but the app has an algorithm to block you from playing when your winning, it will grey you out so you can’t bet/ check/ call . You have to call them to put you back in the game by then 2 to 3 levels pass and your getting blinded out

Real players stay away
Ive been a winning 2/5 player for 15 years and cant believe what happens on this app. If you are a real person without the ability to “see” the future or a bot deployed by the site , please don’t download. Would give negative 100 stars if possible.

So, it’s ugly, clunky, and presents you zero option for table orientation: VERTICAL?? Even on a TABLET? Find some coders, please.

Bad beats
I like the ease of finding a table/tournament but there’s way too many bad beats it’s beyond ridiculous at times. I know some of it is how others play bad cards but they get rewarded for it so much it’s hard to blame them. I wish u could change that but I’ve accepted u won’t.
