WON’T LOAD

It CRASHES every time I try to load it. I have tried deleting and re-loading, loading it from the App itself (on this page) and by the desktop App and still the same result. Please FIX this or I will want a refund. Such a shame as the game LOOKS terrific, but NO GOOD if I can’t even load it. Do the right thing please!!!
