Disappointed

The app doesn’t take a photo on Lock Screen, so if someone knows my password they can still get in and browse anonymously unless your phone automatically goes to the app. The app will take a photo if click on it, however it only allows for so many attempts and then it asked you to pay!

I have to set a password so only I can see footage and it says it’s not the right format so I can’t even begin to use the app

Don’t take picture on phone lock-screen

It takes a picture when someone try to open the WTMP app not the whole iphone Lock-Screen don’t know who else, but that’s what’s happening for me

Doesn’t work as one would want

It takes a photo when you go into their app and turn off protection. What good is that. We want when wrong Face ID or even correct code is put in. We want to know whom is accessing our devices. Period. I’m in IT and this app doesn’t work. Maybe paid does but I doubt it.

I just purchased a subscription and it simply doesn’t do what it says/I need. I’d appreciate a refund. Honesty is the best policy. Thank you

Big Lie! It is not free!

This app should be reported to Apple because it says free and there isn’t a free functionality. You must pay $3.99 a week to capture a photo of some one when they touch your phone! Outrageous! Big scam. Please take it down or provide the so called free function.
PS: I read some of your response to the review and you are basically gaslighting people telling them their phone is not compatible with the app. Your onboarding page clearly requests for a weekly fee and when you close it with the X at the top right, you cannot turn on the protection.

Great App

Great App. And it’s free. The only limitation I see is that if someone knows your password, they will know a picture was taken and can delete their picture within the app. But my password here is different from my iPhone password so it is a second layer of security. Also, I’m not sure if there are safeguards against this in the paid version. But otherwise highly recommended.

You can only use the protection feature(the whole point of downloading the app) once before it forces you to pay

Misleading description

The app only takes a picture after the phone is unlocked not as advertised when someone tries to unlock it. While it provides a vault of some data effectively all your information is exposed if you want to use it.

Don’t bother

Paid subscription right out of the gate and it doesn’t even take a photo. It just flashes a bright white screen. That’s it. Sound alarm didn’t work either.
