The WUKY app is easy to use because the design is intuitive. The fact that the homepage is uncluttered keeps this user’s frustration level at zero.

“New and improved” app fails to deliver
I love WUKY and will always support but …
The 2022 updated app is annoying. Every time I access it, I get an intro asking for a donation (I’m a monthly automatic supporter); the app fails frequently and then I’ve got to hear that $ request again; the app freezes a lot and won’t load - I have to go to the website to access streaming where I get the $ request again. I’ve contacted customer service via email and recd a generic response. I’ve followed all the customer service recommendations including removing the app and reinstalling - all to no avail!
But - I’ll keep listening and supporting cause the music and local news is GREAT.

Enjoy listening WUKY while working out in the gym. I wish that there are more features, e.g., being able to see the playlist.
