Beautiful game!
I absolutely love this game. I’ve been playing since launch and it still continues to surprise me. From a beautiful story to gorgeous character this game is stunning in visuals and tugs at my heartstrings. It might not be for everyone, but after learning the ropes and how it works, it’s great!
Great game but few issues
The game is great all of the graphic are great even on low end devices. The team also is know for taking the advice of the community and improving their game based of the community opinion. But the game can be laggy and also uses many many gigabytes and have multiple updates in game that are multiple gigabytes + the game still randomly crashes on my iPhone 13 when there is no background stuff or anything.

Request to release MacOS build on Steam
Please consider releasing the MacOS version of the game on Steam.
It sucks having to reinstall the game every update, the game doesn’t restart by itself after a patch on Mac for some reason, Apple’s “Game mode” simply doesn’t work most of the time. In app purchases are also a pain to set up(& Apple wants a ton of Personal information).
Not to mention, Steam has stuff like play time, achievements, Steam input etc.
So, please consider releasing the MacOS version on Steam.

I’ve been playing this game since it first came out in 2024 and it’s a really good game. I love the character development the sentimental graphics the key details to characters. I love that I can explore maps and do my own thing and I just love this game so much is literally my top first game that I recommend anybody to play. This game will not disappoint you in this worth the money to invest in.

Great Game but it crashes still
Would’ve thought with all these patches and optimisations we wouldn’t be getting so many crashes but alas here we are. PS5 barely runs, iPad Pro M1 crashes. It seems only the wealthy with good Nvidia chips can run the game. Was really enjoying the game until this patch where I’m now having more crashes than Lahai-roi

Great Game
It’s story isn’t as great when compared to games like hsr, but overall, the game itself has very engaging combat and good graphics and a massive open world to explore, it feels like a fusion of her and genshin, and the music is fantastic, I had a great time playing it on my MacBook Air m5 10 core gpu 15 inch 16gb ram, with an external monitor and I currently just finished the first main part of the story ending with act 7 and I want to play more, the characters are cool, and the main issue I had was to do with resolution, I had to change my display resolution in settings to make 1080p show up and keep my MacBook Air cool to the touch even at the top, and make it display the correct resolution for my external monitor rather than 3280x2400 or whatever absurdly high and laggy resolution it was, I also played it on battery saver to basically have the same performance in 1080p balanced while making my fanless macbook air even cooler to the touch. Overall great game and fix these small technical bugs please and improve on the story.

PLEASE FIX FLAMES OF THE DEEP!
To the WUWA TEAM- I have not been able to finish flames of the deep because of the the “undying monster” being waaayyy to strong, at least make it a one on one after I defeat one of the monsters, its been a year and still cant beat it no matter how good or skilled i am or no matter how smart i play it. PLEASE! At least make them less strong or something 😭 respectfully- love ruben

Amazing game.
Laggy and boring
So many cut scenes and dialogue, and not even good dialogue- it’s fluffy af. The pulling system is garbage and it’s impossible to pull a decent character without putting money into the game so you’re basically stuck playing with mid characters that aren’t strong enough. Genshin is way better so i recommend playing that instead! They give you decent characters right from the beginning so it’s more playable and fun. I wouldn’t even recommend this game to someone I hated, that’s how bad it is!!!

Best game ever
even with only the basic data pack, you can get high-quality graphics as a mobile player. This is honestly amazing, especially when experiencing little to no lag.

But the issue is I am on my iPad Air 4th gen 64gb where I have 45gb cleaned up for the game but it won’t run at this point I don’t feel game is interested to design it for mobile/tablet users :(
Problems
I love the game l play in 17 pro but the problem is that every time l download the game or try to play normally there will be a white screen and it said there is something wrong with your internet but my internet id completely fine and when l play another games there will be no problem with playing the game but l beg you fix this issue l love the game l have played since 1.3 but m stopped because of the issue 😭😭😭
