Log in inconsistent
I lover the premise of this app. However, the log in process is inconsistent. I get different pages and processes each time and it takes a long time to get logged on.

Wouldn’t work at all for the first couple of days
Drove me crazy for the first couple of days - couldn’t navigate, had to keep logging in every 2 minutes. Once I had uninstalled and then re-installed it things were better, but I had to go to tech support to get it sorted out.
Great! Only one thing inconsistent
I liked everything about this app except the CE part. It would take a day sometimes to add the sessions I attended, would miss some, and would add some I didn’t attend
2023 version:
App doesn’t list what’s full or CE hours so had to go back and forth with the website which is much more cumbersome to use.
Audience listing sometimes differs between the two. Within the app or website they are each inconsistent with the information they provide.
App also almost always makes me sign in each time I go to it, even often if I leave it open. Then sometimes my data not there. Sometimes what I see is very different in appearance.

Do better next time
Why do I have to log in each time? This is ridiculous! There should be a way to look at whole day at a time or scan the week together. Doesn’t show how to get ce. Most lectures don’t have notes or don’t have easy link how to find them. Can’t figure out how to save the notes that I did get. Very poor design. Worst conference app yet.

Rudimentary Functions
The app logs you out and you have to log in almost every time AND manually enter you log in and password. I would up taking a screenshot of all my lectures just to avoiding logging into the app.
The click through mechanism and interface is elementary. It is essentially VIN as an app, which is NOT a good thing.
My wife is is tech and marketing and I showed her the app. She thinks that veterinary medicine as a whole is consistently behind in technology and marketing and this is a perfect example.
