I’ve deleted it twice and redownloaded back. I have the app showing but when I try to open I have a white screen. I’m opening my chart using the web

So, installed the app to do things the developers said it would do.
If one needs items outside of “legacy” WVU Medicine hospitals, it might work. But using it on an iPhone SE with most recent iOS update, it doesn’t work.
I could not access items pertaining to WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital, even though the App Store description said information concerning services at that hospital were available.
You cannot select “WVU Reynolds Memorial Hospital” in the menu settings.
App Fail. Would give zero stars if I could.

Worthless-cannot get the patient # to load. Staff says it happens all the time

I’m in an iPhone 8, and I always keep it updated with the latest software version. My daughter went in for surgery this morning, and I downloaded the app to keep track of how she’s doing. Sadly, I can’t even enter the number given to track her surgery: the “Go” button is placed directly on top of the field where you enter the number. There is no possible way to enter the number and track anything. Had to delete the app, and now I just wait.

Doesn’t work on second generation iPhone SE
On the screen to enter the tracking number for a surgery patient, tapping the tracking number Field on my second generation iPhone SE never opens a keyboard allowing me to enter the number. Thus, it is unusable for me.

Can never log in
Worst app ever. Can never log in as an employee. IT was able to help previously but tried to log in for employee health/COVID and nothing but “Login failed” messages.

My fiancé was there for surgery and from the time we got there early Tuesday morning until she was discharged Thursday around noon she received better care than ANY other hospital that we’ve been to.
The entire staff were the most polite and caring people that I’ve ever seen at any other hospital anywhere.
