Garbage App
If I could give this app a zero, I would. The scale is great. The app itself is absolutely terrible. For example; If you want to click on “Body Water” to check your water weight over the span of time, it brings up “Heart Rate,” or another function you don’t want, even if you unselect them. This all is just trash all around and has too many bugs that need fixing. The scale itself is fine and tracks your progress well, it’s just everything else is incredibly frustrating…I don’t ever write reviews but this app is so beyond irritating, that I wrote one.

Can’t even open the app. It says there’s a picture error. So I can’t even register
App is broken no support
Seems like the app is broken. Won’t let me log in. No support for this scale. I just bought it a week ago and I’m regretting it.

Can’t even register cause the app is way to faulty. It is delayed and very laggy.
Glitchy
Glitchy can’t even log in. When I put in the code to reset my password a glitch happens and won’t let me type anything in the code box and just gives me a red error code.
Select user, app won’t allow to hit “next”
When connecting to blue tooth, it says to select user, though I’ve been using the scale and app for months. Now when inspect an user slot, I press “next” and nothing happens

Doesn’t sync with Apple health
The scale syncs with its own app but not Apple health. It advertises on the box it syncs with the health app. Everything is up today and all permissions on. It does not sync.
3rd one since 2018
Conair just lost me as a customer. I am sending this piece of junk back.

Even tried logging out/in on an app I’ve used since 2018 and now it’s a total blank screen…..EIGHT YEARS OF TRACKING GONE.
Now I see this scale comes with a 10 year warranty…it didn’t last 10 days. The 1st one stopped working the 3rd-4th time 8 changed batteries. The 2nd one stopped working on changing the batteries for the 3rd time. Oh it weighs me and gives me metrics ON THE SCALE. App-I logged back in and NOW I get a solid blue screen.
Oh and I DID TRY TO CONTACT CONAIR AND O MIGHT AS WELL BE PISSING IN THE WIND.

100% a marketing scam
The app 100% does not work. I bought this scale for the app but when I tried to set it up the “select user” screen fully doesn’t work. I’ve refreshed, started over, even restarted my phone. I think it’s just a scam to collect emails for marketing. Shameful.
Scale won’t connect for metrics
Not only will the scale not connect for metrics it changes your weight from what’s on the scale to whatever it wants and that’s always higher. What good is that?!

Set up is a scam
I was unable to even get this set up. Said failure to connect. Tried to get support and then was forced to sign up with Just Answer that was supposed to cost $5 but also immediately charged $65. I cancelled without ever getting help. What a scam. Who doesn’t support setup of a new product.
Bluetooth
My iPhone doesn’t always connect to scale. Very frustrating !
Just Sad
I bought this scale at target Jan 23,2026 I registered and entered my birthday and can’t get pass entering my height keeps telling me connection error. I have another phone so I downloaded the app and tried on there same problem. I was Really was excited about the Bluetooth and monitoring my weight gain now I have to go return it and find a new functioning one.
