Bad App/Service Team

Plenty of other betting apps that actually follow their promotions. Did the Thursday BYOB of 400+ odds 3+ leg $25+ bet and if you win that bet you get a $50 bet credit. I hit a +750 8 leg bet that Thursday and won the bet and never got the $50 free bet credit. When I reached out to the support team with the bet ID number and they said I didn’t win a bet? I then sent a screenshot of the bet and they stopped responding. Go with FanDuel or BetMGM or literally any other betting app as they will give you the reward for the promotion you opt in for.

I’m a gambler I know fair gaming I rate this app a 1 star doesn’t show scores Locke you out of the app all is a sudden while live betting you need to delete and wait too long for service this app is no good

Garbage

Tried to use the op today for the first time and it won’t allow me to deposit from my bank account for no apparent reason. Deleting this low brow trash app and going back to Draft Kings and FanDuel which ALWAYS work.

Withdrawals Take WAY Too Long!

The bigger books payout immediately, or at the longest in an hour. Why do these guys take half a day or more? Liquidity issues perhaps? 🤔

JUAT OKAY

The most limited betting options of any sports book to date … no golf, no, MMA, and even the sports they do have limited bets available. They also seem to have worst odds than other books for big events. They have sped up payouts recently if you do decide to use it.

Terrible customer service

Always quick to respond with the same copy and paste template. Never helpful, just re-reading from scripts. Constantly have to argue free bets that I’ve already earned. Promos are rare and terrible.

Great Odds

I usually use the biggest apps such as FanDuel and Draftkings when doing sports betting. But the problem is that the app is so big that the odds aren't great compared to the other apps such as WynnBET. The great odds and the excellent customer service makes this app so much better than all of the others in my opinion.

Awesome app

Wynnbet is an awesome sportsbook app so easy and user friendly too. As a new customer (recommended by a friend) I got the welcome offer of bet $100 to get $100 free bets. Got to use it on the Cardinals beating the Saints. I will be checking the features more in depth in the coming weeks😎

A friend recommended WynnBet app to me as I had problems depositing money in another sportsbook app. I was surprised that It has a great variety of sports as I had never heard of WynnBet before. The process to withdraw and deposit money is so easy. It is easily in the top 3 sportsbook app I use frequently. I would recommend this app highly to anyone that is into sports betting in Arizona.

Best app in Arizona

I've tried a bunch of the AZ apps and this is the best one for me. Betting on Football, NBA, UFC,soccer, all of it, it's got the odds in front of you and you can make your bet no problem. Good layout, good offers, and competitive odds...it's the only betting app I use now. WynnBET Sportsbook gives you greater control of your spread and you can still win money if one of your picks loses. I am certainly looking forward to using this app for the upcoming soccer world cup.

Easy deposit, but make it very hard to withdrawal

Deposited some money from my bank account debit card then won a good chunk of money, requested a withdrawal and immediately they locked my account asking for documents to verify my account .. I submitted them and within an hour they responded saying that wasn’t enough .. so I gave them what they asked for again … now it’s been 5 days and nothing from them !! I tried to touch base with live chat support and all they can say is they will reach out by email … so quick to lock the account but very slow to unlock and verify and payout .. have no problems accepting my money but as soon as I want to take it out, they make it a hassle .. I will be withdrawing all my
Money that’s if they don’t steal it from me

No Transparency

“New customers bet 10 then receive a free 200$ bet”

Okay, sign up and deposit and bet 10 dollars. 2 hours go by without seeing my promo so I live chat with a customer service person saying it could take 24 hours. Ok, a little slow but sure.

Next day still no promotion, message a customer agent again and they told me the same thing as the person before. Oh and here’s the best part, the bet settled and there was no disclaimer or anything about a waiting period so they won’t refund me my 10 OR push the promotion through. Want a better experience? Download quite literally any other sports book. My account will be deleted even if they finally give it to me. The interface is horrible and there’s just so many better options.

Feature needed!

This app has been great so far. I love the Face ID, that makes signing in so much easier.

I would love to see a feature added! After placing a bet, it would be awesome if, in the list of games, to see the game I just bet in have a shading or some indication that I have already looked at and included that game in a bet.

On college game day there are so many games that I often look at games that I have already bet on. Having a shading would be so helpful!

Use a different Sportsbook

Would have gave 0 stars if it was an option. There are several much better sports books apps available. Don’t waste your time or money on this one. They display expired offers to entice you to make deposits and bets. Not sure how it is legal for them to lie and display false information to get people to spend their money. Again this is a terrible app and don’t waste your time or money!

Underrated

I use all of the sportsbook apps available in AZ. This one is underrated. Easy to use, payouts are super fast

Only negatives would be there are sometime limited offering (esp for golf). And you need to type in your password every session (no face enabled login or remembering password)

Fake promotions

I signed up for Wynn cause I had seen an ad for bet 10$ and get 200$ in bets for new AZ customers on Instagram. This was 05/10 when I Signed up put my money in, placed my bet, wait 72 hours but got no free bets. I tried talking to one of there live chat people but they just told me that promotion is no longer on going and now it is bet 50$ and get 200$. They said it’s hasn’t been going since 05/02. I feel lied to and cheated. I literally saw the ad that day on Instagram. Wynn is running fake ads watch out!!
