Live Odds keep switching

The constant changing of odds and the confirming 5 seconds lead time me to lose money and not to mention it was -5 from getting my credits and they won’t give me nothing in return. Crap app.

Be careful of promotion details !

The bet 20 to get 2$50 free bets you don’t even get it after the 20 they said wait 72 hrs. to get it!! Beware

Great and fun app

I have had great experiences with this app so far, it is very easy to use and they have great features in the app which make it very enjoyable to play. However, I have had an issue with depositing money. Twice on separate occasions when I tried to deposit money the app crashed. Hasn’t happened again since. Again NOT a big deal and I would highly recommend this app!!

Good app with good odds

Solid app. Good odds and I’ve had no issues with deposits or withdrawals like some people are saying in reviews. If you want to make some good money, the other day I won $230 on a few Start of the season NBA games. I’d recommend wynnbet to all of my friends who like to bet.

Bad app; good customer service

If apps were years, and the FanDuel and DraftKings apps were 2020, then this app would be 1972.

Customer service is polite and pretty resonsive, though.

Bad app

Would not recommend. They offer a promo $50 bet for $200 in free bets, but you won’t get it. It’s been 4 days and still haven’t gotten my free bet. App is a joke. Takes longer for the games to settle

Great App

WynnBET sportsbook is great for betting on your favourite teams with across multiple sports. Being a huge sports junky I am into loads of sports and WynnBET is able to accommodate that. The app is very simple and easy to use. For first timers like I was a few months ago terms like Parlay may confuse a lot of people like it did me, however WynnBET have this covered and explain all these terms and what they mean. It's a very helpful app. I have experienced very few problems with the app and I would recommend it to any sport lovers that are into sports betting.

Slow withdrawal times

I deposited $50 to be eligible to place a $1 for a new user free bet promo and withdrew the $49 after I received the free bet. ON OCTOBER 16TH. As of writing this I still haven’t gotten this back, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be if you win $1000 and have to wait a week. Every other app I used to get the free bets, withdrawals take hours not days. Only reason I used was for free bet but definitely won’t use after this

0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. So today 10/10/2021 I made a 4leg bet (first half) for the Tampa buccaneers over 7.5 & panthers over 9.5 & Texas over 6.5 & Tennessee -3. Every last one of my games won but yet they said that I didn’t bet the panthers when it clearly shows on my screenshot that I picked them and they had over 10 in first half and they won’t pay me. It was $100 bet to win $1,100. If you win big, they will not pay you so you may want to think twice about playing here. Go play at “BetMGM” “FanDuel” or or “mybookie” if you don’t want to be robbed.

Terrible

Super high minimum for withdrawals. Unhelpful customer service. Subpar odds. Bad UI. Just terrible. They even lied on this response and then edited it after being called out. No mention of previous wrong information. So many options for sports books, I would HIGHLY recommend a different one.

Bad UI/UX

The UI for this is not clean at all. Text description in the bets is cutoff and there's no way to expand it to read it. Kinda need that info to place a bet.

Nascar trailer

The Wynn trailer at the NASCAR Richmond race was awesome, the people were so nice and helpful. I love this app and use it every time I’m in Virginia (I’m from Maryland) Beth, Jennifer, and david all deserve the biggest raises and extra funds on their own sports betting accounts. Will definitely be coming back!

Weird functionality

I know they’re spending a lot on promotions but the lack of simple functionality is mind boggling. For example, there is no remember user function or FaceID or even any way to use stored passwords on the phone. It’s a pain to log in and that’s sadly the biggest bar for me.
