I mean the idea is okay... not the execution nor any other part of this system. I mean why?!
Lots of bugs
- App is extremely slow, even on an iPhone XS
- Introduction Page doesn’t work on an iPhone XS
- UI is extremely outdated. Doesn’t feel like an iOS app.
- Email field is case sensitive on both the Login and Password Reset pages... That’s a COSC 1010 mistake.
If it’s a required app, it should probably be designed according to Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines. Furthermore, features like game day entry should ALWAYS work.

It rarely loads or connects and they won’t let you into the game at all without it! If UW wants to use this sort of thing, they could at least make sure it works before forcing us all to do it!!!

I tried using this app and it didn't work then they wouldn't even let me in the game.
Make sure it works
If you're going to force students to download an app in order to enter the game you could at least make sure it works. I tried to get in to the game today with it and was told that I needed to go wait in a huge line to get a print ticket instead.

Everything looks great until you try to register. Then you find out you can only use this app if your a student or faculty. Completely useless!!
