Dishonest money hungry back biting thieves!!!!!
I WISH I NEVER GOT INVOLVED WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! In November I authorized (thousands of dollars) transaction to open a life insurance policy/ savings which was deducted immediately, shortly after my account was locked without me being notified. I am now unable to access those funds and two Wysh representatives asked me to verify my account which I did and they are still holding my funds. They even told me to send bank statements and I was very apprehensive, but I did it anyway. They have so much of my personal information proving who I am, but still not allowed access to my account. This company appears to be fraudulent their website doesn’t reflect their actions. I was told they are working with Chase to verify who I am, but upon talking to a Chase representative he informed me there had been no correspondence with WYSH. WYSH has lied to me multiple times and even advised me twice to have the funds reversed because they can’t help me. Keep in mind my account had been locked since November without a phone call or an email. As soon as they cleared the funds I was locked out of my account without being able to access my funds. I believe they locked my account to use the funds for something else and when I called them out on it they ceased all communication with me with no resolution. I was denied the ability to speak to anyone who was handling my locked account which is odd, it’s like they tricked me into opening account then denied my access to my funds. That reaction tells me they are not truthful and I will never see my money again unless I get help from chase.

They didn’t help me at all they say it’s easy online but they give you the run around I’m in perfect health but can’t get life insurance threw them I signed up else where don’t recommend this company
