Not bad
Apps not bad, great to have transfer to phone. But pleeeeeasssee add an option for photos to transfer direct to a iPhone photo folder, otherwise the photos just get mixed up in your camera roll (as it’s sorted by timestamp) and there’s no way to sort them. It would be a huge improvement.
Storage is badly managed/unclear
Love the camera and app pairs easily to download photos but the app’s management of storage is very confusing - I noticed the app was taking 3GB of storage despite all of these photos being saved to my camera roll, there is no option to clear cache or remove downloaded data on the app (as deleting a photo on the app also deleted it from my icloud photos) without deleting the entire app and re-downloading - yet if you revoke the apps access to camera roll it can no longer display any photos yet still takes up 3GB? The app gives users no indication of what’s stored where, what is safe to delete, and how to reclaim space.

Won’t connect with phone
It stopped connecting to my phone randomly, I ended up having to ask someone else to download it and then install it on an iPad. for a nice camera there’s no reason that the app should be this buggy.

App cannot connect to the camera. Very disappointing experience.

Unable to Connect Camera to Phone
Disappointed in no fixing for phone app to camera connection. Tried multiple times since receiving the camera as a gift in December. Seemed to work with iPhone 16 but not for older phones like iPhone 13. Please fix this

Buggy connection
All setup tasks are smooth and easy, but operationally the Bluetooth and wireless connectivity is buggy. I have iOS 26.2 and camera is at firmware v1.3. The only way to get phone and camera will conn3ct is to reboot the phone.

the app is extremely poor. you will always need to upload your photos on a computer instead of using one of the main functions of the camera
App made me return the camera
I like the camera. It’s unique and gets me thinking creatively but the app experience is terrible. Sometimes I’m just not able to get the camera to connect to the phone. The first time it happened I paired the camera with my phone again. The second time it happened I gave up. This all occurred within 48 hours of owning the camera which means this will happen continuously. Considering the price I’d rather not deal with so I’m returning the camera.

Hit or miss connection to camera
Worked for a few months but now fails to connect to transfer photos. Hoping for an update that lets it reconnect to the camera reliably

Hopefully Fuji can patch the connection problem. More often than not, I cannot connect the camera with the app and have to re-register the whole device every time which is frustrating
Works great
Just had my first go with transferring images via the Bluetooth. Idk why some of the other reviewers are running into issues but everything was fast and easy. Connection was stable. I kept my camera in my lap and my phone right by it and transfer of 15 images took less than a minute.

更改語言要去哀鳳內建的設定➡️app➡️找到Xhalf，裡面最下方：偏好的語言選擇簡體中文（希望未來有繁體中文）這樣回到app裡面才會顯示中文，改完之後連線也變快了 可以直接用app看照片甚至存到相簿裡
