I have recently bought a £450 drone and have been trying for 6 hours to get on the app and it just keep shutting off
The latest version is not good
Constantly losing connection
iPhone 8
When I open the app on my iPhone 8 iOS v13.3 the dialogue box that asks for network access flashes by in about 1/2 second. Therefore, I can’t hit the allow button so my phone will not bind with the drone.
Please fix so I can use the app to fly my drone.

Shocking battery performance
As titled
Since this version for the app has been released
My drone has fell from the sky twice
Tried my batteries in another drone on different app version perfect
Please amend the app or downgrade back to an older version that actually works

I got this app for my Hubsan x4 Storm but, it doesn’t even show all of the drones so I can’t connect my drone to my phone. :( PLEASE ANSWER THIS REVIEW 📲
Great drone but app is iffy
My 501a works great on the app with my IPhone 6s Plus BUT when I upgraded to the iPhone 11 app doesn’t connect to WiFi. Controller does just not the drone to the relay

Weak GPS Zino Pro
I hooked up my new Zino Pro but still have weak GPS with my IPhone 11 Max also there come a message on my phone day I got weak GPS ... says “Prompt improve GPS Fault Detection download latest flight control software V 1.0.17 and above from website.... but where do I find that .... are there different flight software available..? Also I need WiFi from Hubsan to operate this drone correct ? How do I hook that up ? I even tried the XHubsan2 App but the video quality really sucked .... what do I do ?

Tengo un Hubsan Zino y sinceramente la aplicación funciona excelente, de las horas de vuelo solo se me a desconectado una ves y fue solo un momento, pero por la distancia que estaba muy largo, solo me gustaría que pudieran implementar la foto panorámica en el Hubsan Zino normal. Saludos y sigan así, dando un buen soporte a sus usuarios 🇨🇷

Connection issues, connection issues, connection issues!!!! For Pete sakes I can’t get a steady “USB Connection” to save my life. Even went out and bought an iPhone to get around the known android platform issue BUT STILL CONNECTION ISSUES!!!!!!!! USB will connect and then disconnect multiple times during flight making this drone essentials USELESS!

Didn’t work
Connects via wifi, but there’s something wrong in the user interface of the app where it doesn’t respond to tapping on anything in the settings panel and therefore cannot complete pairing to use the drone via app.

Problem on iPhone 11 Pro Max
Able to make WiFi connection to drone but unable to set relay in app as the option to select the drone doesn’t work!! Relay tab can be selected while connected to the H501A pro.
Setup relay connection to aircraft is not tappable.

App stuck upside down
Everything in the app works but it refuses to let me turn the app so my home button is on the right side. My rotation lock isn’t on either. It wouldn’t be an issue but the controller for my drone has the plug on the right hand side so I can’t actually connect me phone to the controller.

They are so close to having an amazing app that lets their community connect and share but they can’t even get “pilot score” right ..... I wish they would upgrade the firmware since half of the features are still not available and they should add more....... so close

Only problem is the gps signal is there a up date for I can’t do waypoints follow me or orbit say straight is to weak. And I’ve tried tablets phones everything same story

Having bought a drone for around £300 I downloaded the app. It was at this point I have to register to use the drone. Firstly, why should I have to register? I’ve paid my money it’s my drone, I have a controller. Why register? But it’s required, unfortunately their website is down. So I cannot register, I cannot use the drone.
When you develop think about the things that can go wrong. Not just the happy path!!
Can’t say whether the app is any good, can’t get past the register page.
