Bought a new iPhone and now the app won’t work. Looking at other reviews this seems to have been a problem for some time.

Updates needed
Used to work great but somewhere between the signal and my phone, the picking up of the status for tests has ceased.
Only works on old phones so don’t buy Honeywell detectors
I’ve bought 5 of these xmodel carbon monoxide detectors for use across 2 houses with in rooms with boilers, open fires, stoves etc. All was fine with this app for downloading the detection data to see which rooms had trace CO.
But then I upgraded my iPhone 7 to a 12 and the app stopped working. It acts like the microphone does not work (I’ve checked the app has permission to use the mic)
Come on Honeywell, get it fixed.

I’ve tried to use the app it doesn’t work.

Not working on iPhone 13
Was previously happy with this on previous iPhone SE (2nd gen). On iPhone 13, the device pups are not recorded. Please fix!

Right as a gas engineer I use this app a lot for co investigations, never had a problem using it on any of my other iPhones so could you let me know if there is a known problem please👍
2021 Honeywell XC70
Won’t pick up the alarm when scanning, would 0 star if I could. Waste of time.
Does not work
Outdated and unsupported on any of the modern iOS releases. It requests access to microphone but then cannot “hear” anything. App support website is also no longer online. Should be removed from AppStore.

Pointless
As per the other review (that was dated 2 years ago) same problem still. Mine is a XC70, I can hear the noises but the app just doesn’t reading them, utterly pointless and very disappointing. I am Poole/UK based.
Does not work
Tried to download chirps from an XC100D at least 5 or 6 times, restated app, reinstalled app. Nothing! One time it said unsuccessful, the rest it just kept saying listening for sounds. Hopeless. Why even bother releasing the app?! Also last update was (at the time) 2 years ago.
