Live Feed is why I Bought This Thing
It works. That's the only praise I will give it. If someone rings the bell you get a live feed. Otherwise there is no option on the app to see a live feed. That's a critical feature to leave out. Not too bright, you ask me. To the best of my knowledge it also has no motion detection. These video doorbells shouldn't be made and sold if they don't have the ability to detect motion for security and the ability to see a live feed on demand. That is the standard for these things. It works. It has a clear 1080 video quality but without those two features it's useless to me. I will return it asap.

Hello, I have the video Doorbell and it was great until recent updates. I thought this recent update would fix it but it hasn't. Can you please bring this app back to the way it was. It worked fine before, now I go through all the promts with wifi and Bluetooth, it says Bind Successfully, but then in the end it says "Binding Failed". App used to work great. Bring it back again!!

Very disappointed that it is so glitchy. Says request failed so much no matter how many times I close the app and try again.

Can’t get it to work
I have tried getting this camera to work on two separate phones. It keeps disconnecting to the phones and the internet connection. Definitely not worth the money. And it took ages to be delivered.

Does not record properly. Is not live. Battery life is terrible. The app itself is slow. Do not waste your time or money.
It's very poorly tested, so please rehire the testers.
The app kicked me out of my account without mentioning what kind of account it was. There is no recovery mechanism. The doorbell no longer works because it was linked to that account, and the reset mechanism doesn't work either (so I can't set it up on a new account). In general, it's poorly designed and untested.

Doesn’t stay Connected or Binded
Purchased 2/24/25. Finally connected. Could go to app and view people at the door after they left. Doesn’t connect fast enough to see them when they are running the bell. Constant messages of busy, etc. and won’t show current view or just happened view. As of 11/2/25 the device has disconnected and won’t reconnect. After keying in WiFi info many, many frustrating times for hours, it finally said connecting but then shows it won’t BIND. It is well charged and finally connects to internet but won’t go past this step. Only says error, can’t bind. I do not recommend this device. Rated only 2 stars because at first it was nice to have a live view at front door when it did connect. Doesn’t give any scroll options. View area small.

Won’t connect to the app after hundreds of tries. Connected once and immediately lost it again. Not worth buying the device regardless of how little it costs.

It keep kicking me offline when it says someone lingering at the door I click on notifications then nothing it does not load and always kick me off now it’s not even letting me back in this app is terrible I should’ve done more research before I purchased my doorbell
