Background monitoring ensures accurate attendance even when the app is closed. Smart Timesheets View your daily and weekly work hours, overtime, and attendance history. Timesheets are automatically calculated with configurable cut-off periods and submitted for supervisor approval. Performance Insights Track your on-time rate, hours captured, punctuality trends, and extra effort recognition. Visual dashboards help you understand your attendance patterns over 7, 30, or 90 days. Leave & Overtime Requests Submit leave requests and overtime applications directly from the app. Track approval status with real-time push notifications to both supervisors and managers. Incident & Field Reporting Report field incidents with photos, GPS location, and detailed descriptions. Multi-channel reporting with SOS emergency alerts, status tracking, and team coordination.
