Will not send verification code

I have recently purchased a p100 pro and need this app to utilize my purchase. I have tried repeatedly but every time I attempt to get a verification code sent to my number I only get a message saying it failed to retrieve the code with error 13011.

There is no way to select English language. Most of it is in Chinese. Very hard to use if you do not speak Chinese.
