Theft
I had all my xrp stolen on this wallet, and they told me oh well. Don’t put your xrp here, bc it will get stolen!!
Useless
This app seem promising at first. Then when I try to put a large deposit.. I was prompted that the wallet was full. I got charged several fees. When there was available space for my deposit to go through, I had to do the whole process again and get charged more fees.. when I reached out to customer service they kept telling me that I was doing the process wrong and I never finished it even though I was showing them that it was finished and I was charged fees.. never got my fees back. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

Expect High Fees
You’ll lose a lot of XRP using the Xaman app to excessive fees that begin at +75,000% more fees than the XRP ledger itself has. That fee, will eat away your XRP really fast and it’s called “ryouhappy”. No. I am not. 1 star review because their staff will block you if you complain about their usury fees.

Best wallet hands down
I’ve been using Xaman for years, it’s the only one I trust with my XRP. Simple, safe, responds super fast. Great dev team behind it with full support if needed. Backup recovery key lets me transfer to any device, and I use their Tandem cards as and extra layer of security. No contest on this one.
You can’t trade
The balance says one thing but you can’t do anything so it’s really useless

Assets Held Hostage!
After using this wallet for years. I was completely gob smacked that they now charge a fee to send assets off wallet! Even though the policy had changed after I deposited funds. I was still charged a fee to “keep the lights on” to me that’s scammer moves right there. I would advise NOT TO PUT ASSETS ON TO THIS WALLET. If they can hold your assets unless you pay a fee (subject to change / increase) at anytime. You’ve been warned!

I have enjoyed using this app/ wallet for a few years now. Unfortunately I have had to seek an alternative as the fees have become outrageously expensive.
Signing into App
I never received the 6 digit 8 row numbers for the Ledger I created! Users should be able to create their own and or be able to sign into the app via Wallet address and password! Please fix this issue immediately!!

Transferring to a new phone
the app is giving us so much problem to transfer to a new phone. It says about a mnemonic secret , when I established my xumm account i don’t remember having a mnemonic secret and now they are giving us so much problem to be able to transfer my account

This app makes you enter your seed phrase
When confirming your account creation, it USED to provide arrow keys to choose each letter to confirm your seed phrase. Apparently they’ve caved to the weak minded people are too lazy for this and the developers now think it’s a good idea to confirm your account by entering your seed phrase verbatim into your phone, which I will never do. Because if this I’m not even 100% sure this isn’t a scam version of the app. I’m definitely staying away.

Disappointed
I am absolutely disappointed with Xaman formerly Xumm. I have an older iPhone and the Xumm App no longer works with it. I tried to install Xaman on my laptop, it did not worked, so I installed the app in my husband newer iPhone. Then when I check my account, someone sent my money to an account I do recognized. I think someone hacked my account and took my money.
