Doesn’t even work
Whenever I put in my card information to pay the $1.95 fee for cash advance, it just says card error and please contact support. Even though all my card info is correct, and after I emailed their support the emails got rejected by server because they’re customer service email address isn’t even valid.

I get all the way to the 1.95 payment and it says error when I try to pay for the subscription so guess I’ll give this app a 👎🏻 for sure.. it’s useless!!

Been waiting over FIVE MONTHS for a response!
I’ve been waiting since May for Xayo to respond to my several emails that I’ve sent them. I keep getting the same generic email saying they will respond to the emails as they come in, but five months?? I have a Cash Out balance that I’m trying to withdraw, connected my bank account, but every time I try to do so it says “error has occurred.”

Nothing works in app ! Approved but can’t connect a bank can’t send money ! Customers service is a joke!
Won’t let me pay
I’ve been trying to pay the $1.95 activation fee! It keeps saying unexpected error!

It let me take out the loan and then it wouldn’t let me cash out the balance. Reached out to support and they just stopped replying after a couple of emails. Where is my money?????? I even tried reaching out to the WhatsApp number and it says no one has been active on their account since last month.

A no good company
I have not received any advance that I borrowed, I have emailed them several times and no response. I would not recommend this app to anyone that needs a wage advance. Sad thing is that this company has all my information including my bank info. Feeling really sketchy about this company.

Why on earth would I pay before I’m told if I can borrow or not? Seems sort of win/win for the app and a lose for me.

This app tells you can borrow money and send it in the USA.. or cash out to your bank .. well that’s a lie .. I borrowed 100.00 until my pay day and got approved great right .. wrong it won’t let me cash out the money .. I tried sending the money to my daughter to see if she could cash it out .. it’s now stuck sitting on her account asking for it to be converted into pesos… I have emailed them several times with no response and no money at this point .. I just want to ensure that I am not getting charged for money I never used ..

There’s a place to clock to as a bank account but it does nothing when you press it. 🤷🏻♀️

Been trying to add bank info for a week now-it won’t let me! Can’t borrow until you add the info. Uninstalled and reinstalled app-left several emails without any response what do ever, can’t find a phone number…so good luck people!
