Terrible
Remote would be just ok if it was truly free. The interface makes navigating slow and every 10 clicks a pop up to buy the premium version for $29/year comes up. If the app was clean and smoother it might be worth a one time payment of $20-30 at most but yearly for this is wild. The free version then becomes unusable because the “buy premium” pops up constantly and you have to wait a few seconds for it to allow you to close it.

Stopped working
This app stopped working in the last few days. I have restarted , deleted and reinstalled many times. I paid a subscription and it immediately stopped working on all of my devices! Wtf!?

This is the 2nd time I’ve renewed my subscription for the year and it’s stopped working a few months in. Why is it not working? I can’t even delete or restart because I’m going to have to pay all over again. Please fix this bug. Edit: I went back and checked I paid 30 dollars for the year. Only for it to not work??? This is ridiculous. I need this bug issue fixed or a refund ASAP.

App crash
Worked okay for the first day or 2, I don’t logon to play that often but when I logged on today it’s stuck on the loading screen. I will not pay for a glitch. Sorry. And I think my free trial period is up lol

It was good until today…
For some reason every time I go to the app, it will not load in and I cannot use it. It’s stuck on the loading screen. I don’t know if this is a glitch or something, but it needs to be fixed.
Decent though
I’ve had this app for a while and it’s worked well for my Xbox. Just today(which is why I am writing this review) it has stopped working on all my devices. I’ve restarted my phone and completely deleted the app twice. I have no controller after it broke and I use my Xbox 24/7 so I’m pretty upset about this. Hope this is fixed for me if an isolated event, or overall if continuously happens.

I paid for this app. It will not even open now. It just stays on the front screen. Does not work unless my Xbox is already turned on. And does not work with controlling multiple different applications.

Actually works and is worth it if you pay for the subscription to not have a limited amount of clicks before getting a ad. So it’s kinda mixed depending on what you’re willing to spend or the patience your need to have to use this app
Pretty good app
Pretty good and easy to control but doesn’t not work well with Netflix app. Works well with other apps but not Netflix.
Need physical controller
I thought this would be an app for if people want to play there Xbox and they don’t have a controller but you have to sign in to your Xbox and I can’t BECAUSE I HAVE NO CONTROLER
