XBM Console is the mobile client for XBM, a self-hosted operations console. IMPORTANT: This app does not work on its own. You need your own XBM server deployment. On first launch you enter your server address and sign in with an administrator account. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Overview — pending tickets, unread chats, verdicts awaiting review, and subscription audit trends at a glance. • Support tickets — read and reply, send and view screenshots, add internal notes, close or reopen. • Live chat — take over from the AI assistant, reply to customers, mark conversations for follow-up. • Users — search, inspect plans and traffic usage, ban or unban, manage blocklist and allowlist entries. • Risk control — review AI verdicts, inspect suspect accounts, approve or reject allowlist requests. • Audit — trace a single account's subscription and action history across your platforms. • Push notifications — high-risk verdicts, expiring licenses and other alerts are delivered to your phone. SECURITY • Supports two-factor authentication (TOTP) at sign-in. • Session credentials are stored in the device keystore, not in plain text. • The app talks only to the server address you configure. It collects no data of its own and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. XBM Console is intended for operators administering their own deployment.
