Love the remote access and remote installs, updates when new things go to GP and notifications when things I’ve been wanting to play are about to leave. Works Seamlessly with all 3 of my consoles but I do wish I could change certain settings from the app. Like a few times I’ve wanted to remote install things from work to be ready when I got off but was unable to because of console setting changes for different reasons or privacy settings that I couldn’t change remotely. A simple popup option like “Unable to download due to _ _ _ restriction on your console. Would you like to enable for this download?” How cool would that be? Can’t see why we can remote play, remote install, even control certain more complex options but can’t adjust a simple setting like this. Either way 5 stars.

Constantly loses connection to console
About 90% of the time when I go to download a game to my console it says it can’t find any devices. The help provided in-app is not helpful at all as all settings are correct. When it does end up working it usually on works for a couple of days before it can’t find the console anymore. Incredibly flaky.

App is great, super convenient to use when I’m not near the console and want a game installed and ready for when I get home.
No real streaming options
I should be able to switch to local network for streaming instead of wasting bandwidth on your cloud streaming system so I can get a crisp video and still play with a moderately fast connection. Sure it works but enemies look like smudges because its video is being thrown uselessly back and forth between satellites when I’m sitting in the kitchen with my Xbox in view with the controller still doing inputs. Explain what’s wrong there without sad excuses maybe. If I gotta go get a whole other suite of programs and devices and most likely subscriptions to get a decent video and connection what’s the point? I may just be a grumpy loser in the boonies sharing a tv but this needs more versatility in function.

Helps out with all kinds of different things from controlling your system, like turning it on & off, and all the way to downloading or deleting games & music to taking care of my Microsoft account!!! But just like everything else, it does have its moments when I can’t get it to work properly but it’s usually that I’m not doing somethin right myself or where I’ve had my system on for a while, for a couple of days, and all it needed was a brake from me, LOL, so I just reset it, I power it off and leave it off for a few seconds & power it back on & then after it loads everything back up I can go do whatever it was I was trying to do and it works!!! I use my Xbox with my Alexa devices to control my TV’s, Light’s, Camera’s, & Prime Video and all other app’s & games across all my different platform’s & device’s from my iPhone to my laptop & Smart TV’s!!! I have owned & enjoyed playing all of the Xbox’s from the very first Xbox that ever came out with to the Xbox 360 & the Xbox X/S & thy all still work great & function great. Microsoft/Xbox/Apple has provided me, my friend’s, & my family with years of experience & help on all subjects with all my devices & how to use them properly & safely!!! Thank You all for 20+ years of help & services & teaching me how to fix & use my phones, computers, & gaming systems to there best qualities!!! Thank you again!!! God Bless!!!

Love the app the ability to download games straight to my console it awesome by the time I finish work the game is ready too
Does the job.
Can remotely preload and install stuff on my pc or my console wherever I am (commuting, abroad etc…), on my way back home, or, if not, can remotely play or even choose the cloud solution. Really depends on the network type and quality (wired, waves = mobile (4G/ 5G), wi-fi, as long as you have 20MBps, you’re safe) this app makes the experience really smooth.
Nice to have: from the app, choose on which drive to install if target is a windows machine (would not make sense on console atm).

Awesome app but apple stuffed it for cloud gaming
Awesome app, only things you can’t do is cloud gaming. You have to save a separate link on Home Screen for cloud gaming. Apple stuffed up cloud gaming for their own gaming services.
Game pass
So many games. Just make it that you can keep the games after you get rid of game pass.
