The app is absolutely useless hasn’t been working at my golf club for the past 2 months and they keep saying it’s a software issue
That means that members accounts can’t be updated with the competition money they are due

Can’t get the app to
open. Have tried deleting it and reloading it but no joy. Just get the circle that it’s loading and then quits out.

Crashes - won’t open
Looks like latest update (a week ago) has caused the app (once again) not to open and returns you to previous or home page 🤷♂️

Finally got the app to work having it downloaded for a couple weeks but now it just crashes and throws back to Home Screen, such a shame as it was a really useful app for the short time it was working

I downloaded the new app and to say the least I’m not impressed all my previous purchases have been lost and the information is sparse. To say I’m underwhelmed is an understatement.

Have downloaded new version and now every time I try to open it it asks me download it again. Also have lost history of account purchase , winnings etc.
What happened to pre rollout testing (including 3rd party compatibility checks)!?!
Shame it didn’t open once installed and the app it replaced no longer accepted logon credentials! Also a shame that once reported it took nearly 2 weeks to rectify and not ‘a few days’ as claimed. Who wanted access to their pro shop account, lesson booking etc. anyway?

Same as other reviews. Was forced to download this app instead of XPOS caddie and it just doesn’t open.

Absolutely worthless app. Won’t even open, now making old app unusable. Sort it out

Similar to other comment. Tells me to download the new version but when you download and click on it, nothing happens other than a flicker and then returns to the Home Screen.
Great app!
I have used this app for a few months and would definitely recommend it to other golfers. Your pro shop needs to sign up to use the app before you can use it. Easiest way to check my pro shop balance and book coaching. Never had a problem with it technically so not sure what other reviewers are referring to.
