Newer version worse than old…
Not intuitive; too many clicks. Called CS 2 wks. ago to report unable to view image of cashed checks. Told IT is working on it; left message for Supvr. to call back. Still waiting to hear from Supvr.; still unable to view cashed checks.
Amazing Update
The XCEL app has finally been brought into the modern era! The changes that have been made this most recent update were much needed and are much appreciated. I only hope the mobile and online banking only continue to improve and stay up to date with the times as more years go on.

I’m member more than 2 years and never have been available to use the app, is a obsolete app with no help service.
Air print statements
I can no longer air print statements from iPhone or iPad. The IOS icons no longer show up. All my other financial institutions work fine.

A bank app that, when you ask to manage your accounts, tells you to install Mint?
It's literally a small set of web pages encapsulated into an app, with no actual functionality of any kind. It probably took the 'programmer' an hour to write.
Usually when people call an app 'useless' they mean 'for me'. This app is useless to everyone, and is literally only here on the App Store because someone told XCEL that they looked behind the times not having an app and so they paid someone's son a thousand dollars to make one.

Finally Xcel is out with an App and it works wonderfully, much more than expected!

XCEL is a magnificent credit union and this app gives me all sorts of easy, secure access. XCEL unites service with technology! Now I am waiting for the a ability to take a picture of a check and deposit it using my phone! Great job, XCEL!
