Function “Remember me “ doesn’t work properly! Make app applicable for iPads! With iPhones it works quite badly… For so many years no updates… It’s very clear that you hold a monopoly and don’t care about your customers, but somewhere must be limits….
Disappointment
I love this app specially when every 10 minutes I am kick out from it and have to login again.
Every time when login In the password is not remembered so have to type it every time.
Sometimes there are strage errors when trying to connect , something about soap ??🫣
When using 4G connection the data is consumed very fast not understand why.
But overall it is not the worst App ever.

Poor app
Glitches , option „remember me” not working. When running in back ground hanging, very often log out itself. I hate it but i have no choice

Doesn’t work on iPad
Make it work for iPad!
App doesn’t keep you logged in
Log in on the app and you will be logged out after a minute or so, log back in, send message, log back in receive message, log back in repeat.

Freezing
This program isn’t working properly, every time stuck, freezes and freezes.
Worst App
After logging in to Ships net if automatically says session expired and logs out in 1min. No stable connection require update to correct this issue. We are paying 40$ for net in ship. But this app makes it worst experience. Team should look into this to solve it.

The worst app in the history of apps!
As I am writing this I am trying to get this app to work again because it somehow just stopped working. Every time I tapped on the app I just got the Marlink logo screen with the slogan; “connect smarter, everywhere”. Oh the irony! They should put ‘else’ behind it.
Anyway that screen was on for a while and then it just closed.
We used to have a ticket system onboard which worked a lot better! Now you constantly have to log back in, even if you are logged on already, you don’t know if you are actually connected or not, many times you get disconnected……well all have been said in the other reviews already. So Marlink people, it looks like that you guys got some work to do!
