i have years worth of pictures and not once was i able to get my pictures off of the app and on the camera itself some of get deleted on it own or just becomes black but i like the camera quality.
Doesn’t work
Got and followed the instructions on how to connect my phone to the camera, tried multiple times and my app continues to tell me to connect to the camera WiFi even though it’s already connected. Very disappointed. Now I have to buy extra equipment to download videos.

Keeps Crashing
Crashes every time I try to view the videos in storage so I cant download any of them!
Used for a few years without an issue
I have used this for a few years without my Action Cam from Temu and haven’t run into an issue. Instructions are very clear with the camera I have and setup was weird but still easy to follow. It doesn’t “wow” me, given how basic it is, but it is still better than trying to navigate the camera menu with only two buttons.

When I first downloaded the app it worked perfectly fine, recently it has been crashing everytime I attempt to download my photos/access them.

Wonderful camera before the update. After the update I cannot even access the photos on the device without the app crashing. Please fix this issue asap.
Doesn’t work
The app just doesn’t work at all, every time I try to get into the media gallery it crashes and won’t let me get to any of the videos or photos and the app crashes all the time
