Cannot Complete Pairing on iPhone
I purchased Xiaomi AI Glasses (DA81 / M2442G1) and have spent hours troubleshooting the setup process on iPhone.
The glasses are detected by the Xiaomi Glasses app, Bluetooth pairing succeeds, and iOS even shows the device as paired. The glasses work when manually connected through Bluetooth, including audio and camera functions. However, the Xiaomi Glasses app always fails during the final binding step and displays “Couldn’t pair.”
I have already:
* Factory reset the glasses using the official procedure
* Set the region to Mainland China
* Forgotten and re-paired the Bluetooth device
* Reinstalled the app
* Logged back into my Xiaomi account
* Confirmed the glasses enter pairing mode correctly (blue LED flashing)
Despite all of this, the app still cannot complete the binding process.
Please investigate whether there is an iOS app issue, Xiaomi account binding issue, or server-side activation problem affecting Xiaomi AI Glasses users. The hardware works, but the app activation process does not.
