XIKO - Home Maintenance

XIKO is your home's maintenance, organised on a floor plan you can touch. Tap a room and see everything in it: the boiler, the extractor fan, the washing machine — with the services done, the ones due, and the manuals and invoices kept safe. Never hunt for a warranty again when an appliance breaks down. A FLOOR PLAN THAT'S YOURS Lay out your home as it really is: rooms, sizes, the outdoors. The plan arranges itself and shows, at a glance, where something needs doing. NEVER MISS WHAT MATTERS Schedule services and maintenance that reschedule themselves on completion. The car inspection, the insurance, a warranty running out — all with timely reminders. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Equipment, vehicles, documents, costs and your trusted contractors. Attach invoices, manuals and photos to each item. File your home's licences and insurance. YOUR LIBRARY Catalogue your collections — books, films, records, games — with barcode scanning and automatic details. Locate each item by QR or NFC. PROVIDERS IN YOUR AREA Find recommended contractors near you, based on your home's postal code. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data stays on your iPhone. No accounts, no passwords, no cloud. XIKO only goes online to fetch the public provider list and to look up book details — it never sends what's yours. Available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. XIKO Pro (optional) adds unlimited vehicles, annual cost analysis and QR label printing. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
