Xin Nian: Taiwan Rituals

A quiet moment for what matters. Xin Nian brings incense offerings, moon-block casting and Sixty Jiazi fortune sticks to your iPhone through detailed, photorealistic temple scenes. Take a moment to settle your thoughts and make space for a wish. SIX DEITIES Choose the Earth God, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Lord Guan, Mazu, the Five-Way Gods of Wealth or Yue Lao, the god of love and matchmaking. Each has a dedicated altar with its own detailed imagery. OFFER INCENSE Write a wish or hold it silently in your heart. Light an incense offering and watch its ember glow, smoke drift and sticks gradually shorten over three minutes. Your active incense continues when you move to moon blocks or fortune drawing. CAST MOON BLOCKS Focus on one question. Tap the blocks on screen or hold your iPhone securely and use motion casting. Watch the wooden blocks rise, turn and settle into a laughing, yin or sacred result. Three sacred results in a row complete the consultation. A laughing or yin result ends the current question; begin again with a different question. DRAW AND READ A FORTUNE Tap to draw, or gently move your phone up and down to shake the fortune-stick cylinder. Each drawn stick is a candidate until confirmed by three consecutive sacred results. A laughing or yin result sets that candidate aside so you can draw another. Once confirmed, read the original Chinese verse alongside a plain-language interpretation and guidance by topic. OPTIONAL ONE-TIME UNLOCKS Basic incense offerings, moon-block casting and fortune readings are free to use. • An Incense Offering unlocks 30-minute incense. • Warm Support and Walk With Us include 30-minute incense, wish and consultation records, saved fortunes, search and categories, record export, full local backup and a device privacy lock. Previously purchased features can be restored through Restore Purchases. KEEP YOUR THOUGHTS CLOSE No account, ads or tracking. In the free version, written wishes and questions remain only in the current session. With records unlocked, saved content stays on your device. Xin Nian does not automatically upload your saved content. Exported files and backups remain in your hands. The privacy lock supports Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. AVAILABLE IN THREE LANGUAGES Choose Traditional Chinese, English or Japanese in the app. Original fortune verses and traditional Ganzhi cycle names are preserved, with explanations in your selected language. Fortune drawing and moon-block results are random simulations for reflection and cultural exploration, not divine guidance. They do not replace medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
