Poor app updates.
The updates have reduced functionality compared to previous version. It also has issues in displaying landscape orientation on a iPad.
Previous it wasn’t possible to watch all cameras simultaneously with markers on the time line, now it only does one camera at a time.

App will no longer work
App was working fine till my husband got a new iPhone and now neither mine nor his will work. Every time I add a device it won’t connect.
Yeah, no. They’re right.

Please revert back to your previous version, it worked well all the time, it had great playback functionality This version keeps losing connectivity to the server so I’m unable to view the cameras remotely apx 90% of the time. Really rubbish

Doesn’t seem to work any longer
Just moved to a new phone. Try adding new devices, by scanning the QR code and typing in the device details. Press save and the device doesn’t save into list.

The recent update has made the app almost unusable. It can now take easily up to a minute to connect to cameras. This is useless if you want to see who is at the front door.

You’ve broken the orientation functionality on iPad in your last update. You now need to first use in portrait mode, before moving to landscape. It also forgets the last camera group it was connected to. So you have to remember to select a camera group each time the app starts. Can’t believe this was intended functionality, just poor testing.

Latest update a disaster
Tested on 2 iPads running iOs16.1, the latest app now opens only in portrait requiring a tilt to get it into landscape. Also, cameras are blank until you select the xvision box to refresh images. Really irritating app update, putting us off upgrading our system.

So here we go again after updating to IOS 16.1 I have lost remote viewing on all cameras which kind of defeats the object of having CCTV.

Causes iPhone 14 pro to crash
Serious problem. This app causes the iPhone 14 pro to crash during video playback.
New version faulty
Can’t name individual devices. I have the same NVR available via 3 routes (local, no-ip etc) change one name and they all change - useless! You should have seen that and fixed it before release. It’s still not fixed. How hard can it be to fix it? Not easy to change from hd to sd. In fact sd isn’t even listed, you’ve invented your own name “clear” whatever that is. Hard to locate and use recorded video. Old version had rows of tools at the bottom, now they are hard to find and I have 3/4 of my screen white, just wasted space! Thanks for your reply Such a shame that you, the developer, can’t resolve what seems like a simple coding problem. Perhaps you could hire a coder to do this for you?

I can’t see my cameras when I’m not connected to the same Wi-Fi as them, it just says offline. Although it still records, it would be nice to see my property when I’m not there for security purposes

My camera was set up with my phone but has become disconnected and isn’t intuitive to set up.
