Good product, terrible app
As mentioned buy another buyer, this seems like a really good deal! However, if you don’t access it constantly, the app freezes up and you need to delete, reinstall and log in again before it works. I’m guessing they designed it this way to make you purchase the storage service. Such a shame. Totally negates its usefulness.

The app was working perfect now all my cameras are down because the app is not working

I like this product but it is necessary fix the bugs of the application so We do not have to install and reinstall the application to get access to the video and keeping reloggin every times.
Great product poor software app
I have been using both of these cameras I love the way they rotate and you can see everything even at night. It is freaking awesome. However, the app that controls it XK box camera system is very poor. If you have any type of allergies or chemical goes to sleep too long. It does not reconnect to your app via your network or Bluetooth, which is not the reason why you bought the app and the camera so that you can monitor from a distance. You have to uninstall and reinstall and then re-login not cool. Somebody needs to fix this bug in the app but I still love the product. Thank you so much Temu!!
