I would rather pay

I would rather pay $1 or $2 for an ad-free version, since the ads cover up the text entry boxes. We were evaluating this for potential use for a corporate program in our field locations - but it's not even worth continuing to test with in it's current iteration.

Great start but long way to go

Ad is great to make it free, but it coveres 2 out of the 5 text input boxes.

Looking forward to test the update. It does creat an excel file however it has a lot of wrong dates in there but its a good start, even though its not working yet
