Unresponsive Subscription
Hey family! I actually love this app and its counterparts. I recently resubscribed to this particular app and since I done so it has not worked. It keeps saying I need to subscribe while my payment has already been taken so I’m very perplexed as to why no matter how much I try to uninstall and reinstall the app, it never populates as though I’ve subscribed. I would love to have the resolved in some type of way, even if it’s just a refund or something if the issue can’t be fixed. In any case, I know you all are working to make this app and its counterpart the best that it can be so thank you for that especially!
