Not a bad app but needs some work
Most parts of the app are pretty decent - you can see the menus for the restaurants, it appears you can see entertainment/activities (when the hotel is open) & make room requests. However, I am unable to find how I add my reservation to my account no matter where I look on the app. I’ve booked through jet2 but cannot figure out how to import my booking across - I’ve also used the ‘assistant’ tool to request help, it shows I’ve had an automated response and shows a notification for the chat but when I load it I can only see my messages to them & no responses! Appreciate the hotel is only going into its second season so I’m sure they know the app needs work but I think just a few minor tweaks would massively improve usability.
