Great Resource
Xome has been a great tool, to get a feel for values in my area. I appreciate having the ability to set parameters to help keep my searches focused to find “like kind” comparables. Active listings, contingents, solds .. all help to get a feel for market trends and opportunities for home buyers in any given market. I enjoy using this app & highly recommend it to others. It’s like having access to the MLS system - and as long as a user knows how to narrow down physical attributes of a type of property- one can easily get a feel for market trends & analysis. Xome really is a truly versatile/ fantastic App - very useful & helpful.

Wonderful family vacation home
This is a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath family vacation home. Include central air, Hot Tub. Currently rents for $3500 per week in July and August.

Just saying- I’m in the real estate mortgage/title/closing business and for years always use Xome vs. Zillow b/c of the true value, assessed & all other measurables. No joke- this is such a great app-
