Does it ever work?
I downloaded this to add to my ever increasing number of EV charging apps. Most of my other apps work just fine, some better than others. I’d never heard of XOVA until I went to a Ford dealer near my new place and tried to charge my truck. Using a. Redor card didn’t work so I got this app. The charger in question didn’t even show up on the map. Long story short, I went to another charger 10 miles away. I tried twice more and the app always seems to have issues and doesn’t function, nor does the charger, even though it shows it is in operable condition . A waste of time! I’ll make the 10 mile trip to the one other level 3 charger in the area. Good EV charging apps aren’t hard. Tesla, Rivian, EA seem to manage

Make you create an account for charging, and then it doesn’t work at all because the station ids on both sides don’t work. It turns out I should just swipe the card instead. Totally waste of time.

Stays at .9kw and it definitely is not efficient. I’ve called them several times and they’re able to reset remotely but it doesn’t do anything

Easy and Fast Charging
I have a BMW i4 and I was at 23% after driving for 3 hours and 289 miles. It only took 24 minutes to get me back to 100% fully loaded and I already had the app downloaded and payment set up so all I had to do was plug in and hit charge. Thanks for making it so easy. My only complaint with any of the EV stations is that they need to be covered if it’s raining or whatever. I mean the gas stations have cover why doesn’t an “electrical” car charging station have the same convenience. You’d think it would!
