Amazing sounds, meh consistency
It sounds great, but when recording I have trouble keeping the audio playing with GarageBand. After I’ve recorded a track too! Hopefully there’s a fix for it!

app is 1.3gb BEFORE you download any soundbanks. its just a basic rompler powered by in-app purchases. steer clear.

Our focus is always on how it will sound, not how it is achieved. So yes, samples were taken as basis, but we are also using hybrid concepts here e.g. for the described Glissando feature.
Amazing sounds but I didn’t find what I was looking for.
I’m struggling to think of what to say about this app. And yet I sense terrific potential here. It is basically a sound bank to host audio samples to a keyboard/synth. The app is a rather large, 1.3Gb, yet comes with only 1 sound sample, which I didn’t find inspiring. The app itself is free. All the rest of the content is iaps.
The interface is quite straight forward which is what you would want when reaching for sounds from your keyboard/synth. The individual sound sets are huge. If you bought 5 or 6 you would be storing 20Gb easily. The sound quality of the samples seems excellent. I think most of the app’s 1.3Gb is made up of stored video files previewing the different sound bank sets available. The video demos of the individual sound samples are very well done and you get some good ideas how some of the sounds could make quite a compelling piece.
I spend quite a while listening to most of the demo videos and was impressed, although I didn’t find what I was looking for. At the end I felt I would have grouped almost half of all samples in different categories all into the organ category. In the nature category I didn’t hear anything remotely like nature. I was puzzled. I had a completely different impression what those titles would have sounded like. I guess I’m not quite the right fit for the sound sets. In the middle of the interface is a large wide elliptical representation of the sound field (I guess). It is interesting to watch, perhaps a bit hypnotic, but I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to be learning from it.
The app’s main purpose is to sell the sound sets. I’m sure the sound library will continue to grow. The sounds are excellent quality. For the sound packs to be successful the content needs to fit the titles better. The app looks a lot like a regular synth app so perhaps it isn’t getting the attention it deserves.
Considering the huge amount of memory involved I would hope it is possible to delete the sounds you don’t want to save space.

Creative Pad Synth
Initially, the sound expansion downloads were very slow and intermittent. With the Developer’s help, got the downloads to work at a reasonable speed. Very responsive and helpful support, which I appreciate. And the expansion sets sound good and are fun to play. Interesting Pad Synth with some thoughtful features.

Wasted opportunity
Hello developer. I normally use ipad based synths linked to my Mac and run in ableton. So always looking for additional sound sources that are interesting. I like the view and simplicity but like the other reviewer was really disappointed in the lack of tweaking capabilities, not really the sound set. I guess that the knobs and sliders etc will become un-greyed out when you buy a pack, but I’m currently not going to invest in something I can’t get a handle on unless I pay out. There are lots of other synths out there that I have tried for free and bought into, and lots I have deleted after a trial. Sadly I’m going to delete this. Maybe I’m wrong and I can tweak stuff but I can’t see how.

Yes, for sounds you haven't downloaded yet their controls appear gray / translucent. So you need to install the respective sound set for being able to play and use its controls.

Yes, the sound banks are expensive...
...and yes, they take up a boatload of storage space...and yes, they are mostly presets with only a few controls to modify the sounds.
However, if you need huge swirly pads and other thick sounds that cover massive amounts of the frequency spectrum, and you don’t have a wall full of synths to stack and layer, this app will provide such noises with abundance.
Don’t know which bank to start with? Nice demonstration videos are provided for each bank to give a glimpse of several sounds and how to manipulate them while playing. Well done, there.
Patience is a required virtue with this app. The developer’s other apps are also unique and quirky, but I like them for that very reason. This one definitely continues with the attitude of “This is the way I do things.”
It’s obvious to me there was a ton of time and effort put into these sounds, and I’m having a blast with the Space library so far. I thought I wanted the Vintage set next, but was surprised but the very cool sounds of the Sequ set.
The bummer of it though, is I have to find many lesser used apps to off-load or delete to make room for the massive amount of storage required for the additional libraries. And I have to budget my app spending to afford these premium priced libraries.
Lots of haters out there, and this developers apps are definitely geared towards the higher-end professional producers and musicians, so not intended for the masses. However, think how much space and cash would be needed to buy and store the room full of synths that would be required to make some of the massive sounds available in this app....
