Today my cash back is showing zero , god knows tomorrow it shows my balance zero?!

Don’t get trapped with their cash back offer. Nowadays you will get lots of genuine cads of banks offer more cash backs. I am unable to use the money I loaded in the wallet. Contacted the customer service several times. POS and online transactions are getting failed. No use at all. Pathetic service.
