Charge too much to transfer, hard to purchase online and transactions keeps failing

My account had auto login , all of a sudden , can't log in, try to talk to there customer service , there damn near robots , who can't unlock my account, after 2 months , I type in the password, it logs me into my account, same password and user, then my card is locked , go to talk to support , and they want you to make a call , that sends you to a robot Who cant validate the card they gave , so there creating problems , and theres solutions aren't good, customer service asking you for social , when major banks just need a password reset sent to email, for some reason they dont want to do that , just phone number , regardless , now my accounts locked and they cant verify a card they gave me, never again with this company.

Haven’t been able to access for days
For the past several days, I can’t access the app. I do the facial recognition, then it asks me to enter my password. Didn’t work so I did “forgot password” and I get a link right back to the app which again doesn’t let me access.

I have enough money on my card for the transaction but yet it still declined and the customer service is even worse nobody knows what they are doing and keep transferring the call to someone else I was in a call for a hour trying to pay for my membership but nobody couldn’t solve my issue I was in a call for a hour just trying to get this override.

I downloaded this app and it won’t work I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that didn’t work either
Overall
Basically it’s like any other but literally I would not use the overdraft unless you get paid within like 12 hours because then charge multiple times on transactions that literally were like five dollars and also like yesterday I went and bought something at 12:05 PM I was gonna bring my account current and they already charged me over Jeffrey at 3 AM and basically that’s what really makes me mad because these girls act like they’re so good but honestly that’s a joke.

I like PLS but this collaboration with Xpectations Plus has to be the worst as far as customer service, direct deposit, and services.
I deposited money for rent, and Xpectations has no record of my deposit. Customer service over the phone is horrible as far as clarity, and there is a 10second delay. All they do is ask 8 or so security questions just for them to not solve the issue 🥴
