ormai è almeno un mese che non è più possibile collegarsi alla diretta video nè cambiare gli orari dell’erogazione del cibo. Per fortuna almeno le erogazioni impostate continuano a funzionare agli orari prestabiliti.

Feeder will not connect to WiFi and keeps saying it is offline on the app, even when I reconnect it and the audio says “connection successful”. Due to this, I cannot use the feeder at all. Every feature in the app just says “Offline” when I tap it and won’t let me access it. The feeder also keeps dispensing food at midnight every day even though Im unable to set any automatic feedings. I had to just unplug the thing to make it stop because I obviously can’t make it stop on the app. Absolute scam, don’t waste your time.

Автоматическое кормление перестало работать. Только в ручном режиме. Показывает последнее кормление через раз. Обновление и переустановка не помогают!

WiFi uses white font on white background
I haven’t been able to use this feeder since April when I moved. When trying to set up the WiFi the text can’t be seen and the WiFi starts in the middle so you can’t see the characters already displayed it also doesn’t give you the option to select a WiFi that’s available it expects you to manually type it all in while hoping it’s correct because you can’t see it. I left it alone for a while but when I tried setting it back up this evening it still has the same issue even though I’ve had to factory reset my phone and re-download the software.

not reliable!!!!
We purchased this for our kitty and it worked fine for several short trips we took. On a recent trip, we were disconnected from WiFi for a day and the automatic feeder didn’t work for some reason. Poor kitty didn’t eat all day :(. Don’t worry she was fine after we discovered what happened.
I would not recommend this product to anyone for feeding purposes, unless you have somebody check up on your pets.
The camera itself is fine when it works (sometimes it won’t connect).
Overall I would recommend looking at other pet camera/feeder options.

Today doesn’t work!!!
Last weekend was everything good!! As always! Today the app doesn’t connect!!!!! Why??? I need this wonderful app!!! Please help me!!! The support is only in Chinese language!!!! Help!!!

Perfect! with a new update the meal feeder device has recognized Wi-Fi and also automatically works correctly. thanks. perfect.
Reliability
It’s fine when it works but if the app needs an update or the WiFi is down for a minutes you may have some issue. The app will crash on you and when you try to update the firmware it will reset all of the setting. If you leave your pet alone for multiple days you may want to be checking on the feeder to see if it works.

После крайнего обновления автокормушка больше не подключается к Wi-Fi для Настройки режима питания. Работает только в автономном режиме.
Русский язык появился, но приложение стало покосившимся. Все элементы находятся не на своих местах. Текст не читаемый.

Last update had issue
Ever since the last update I had very bad connection with the pet feeder. I can't even trust the automatic mode to dispense since I can't tell if it did or if it's working. Needs update fast.

Since i updated the app with the new version 1.2.9, it’s now impossible to see the meal delivered and also we can’t see the scheduled deliveries. Each time you enter a new one, it disapear even if the machine save the info. If you want to change to another auto delivery you need to reset the full machine...

We tried on 2 different Iphones and same issue appeared after updating the Application!

Keeps crashing when trying to connect the feeder to wifi. Please fix.
Not working
The app doesn’t recognize the qr code, so I cannot get my auto feeder set up. Says invalid qr code every time I try to scan. Deleted and downloaded the app multiple times and restarted my phone but still get the same error.
