Update the app so that channels show in 1080 especially sports
Update the app so that it works better with yo clients I’ve been using it for a while and nothing has gotten better communicate regularly to make everyone happy
Subtitles no longer functioning
Great price for the amount of content you get, but now subtitles are now unavailable. I used to be able to get them to work. I’ve called customer service multiple times and they don’t know honestly why I can’t get the subtitles to work. Guess I’ll have to just keep trying
provider IDs
once there was an update a few months ago, it prevented my provider ID to stop platform I need to know why because the more downloads you have most important for an app and this app is a media player that is compatible with the company. SETPLEX which means they all should work can you please help me understand why certain provider IDs are no longer working or this way I can request for it to be fixed

BEWARE
If using this for live tv sports don’t do it….it lags and buffers and does not play. Internet download speeds of over 800 and still didn’t work. Also some episodes of tv series were in foreign languages. Save yourself the headache and money!
Subscription is cheap 🥳
This service constantly buffers and has “playback errors” so you be watching a show and literally you’re not. It often skips segments of a program. I wish this issue could be resolved and it would be nice to have actual customer service. Most of the time it great but when it’s not it’s not. Unfortunately, there are issues daily.
