Check deposit feature broken

I use the mobile app for one thing: Check deposits. Was working fine until recently (sep 12th), now it doesn’t and the app became useless to me. Very disappointing

Updates without warning

Updates system with no warning, no access to accounts for a couple days at a time during this period.

Xplore FCU Apps

Both the banking and check deposit Apps are brilliant. Perfect balance between simplicity and usability for a bank App. Made managing accounts so much easier.

XFCU's app is great. Never a problem and makes managing my checking and saving a breeze.

Needs an overhaul!

This app is only a hair less frustrating than no app. Not intuitive at all. Like the website, I have found my way around only through time and forcing myself because it feels like it's working against me rather than making things easier.

Needs work

I too think it is somewhat a little help, but on my iPad couldn't find how to add a new payee, only could use what was already set up, big problem when I never write checks and it is a weekend. Please test this further and add more things like Why you are getting an error and not keep asking you to log in over and over again.
