Pure barre
Wish they had an app for tv! But learned how to airplay to tv and now I am happy and pure barre obsessed again.

Reformer Pilates needed
I am very disappointed because I thought that this app would provide reformer Pilates classes and it does not so I’m disappointed. I’m not interested in math Pilates.

Surprised CVS partners with this app. Every other fitness app allows screen mirroring. Who can watch a 2x3” workout video on their phone? Many people have complained about this and the company ignores.

The watch app keeps saying sign in to the app on my phone when I’m already signed in.
Do not purchase
Getting ready to block company from taking my money after I had canceled. Then tried to get back into app to make sure subscription canceled, but it keeps saying I have an invalid username and password. Getting annoyed.
No more CycleBar
I got this app for CycleBar and they just got rid of the brand without telling anyone. I’m so mad.
Nopotential
This app is super buggy and half the stuff that’s on their website doesn’t show up on the Apple TV app. I really hope my in person Yoga6 classes are better than this app, because it’s not the greatest user experience. They need to take a page or some programmer from Peloton. To make this worthwhile.

Good, interface needs work
The content itself is great, navigating the app is terrible. It should be simple and clean but it is chaotic. Wish they would just list classes and then within those classes they should be ordered by upload date and then playlists with the various instructors, style of class, etc
Beware if you need customer service for any problem
I previously had a month to month membership. I decided to sign up for a year membership this time through Apple subscriptions. All of a sudden my login didn’t work anymore and contacting customer support has been frustrating to say the least. It claims they have “live chat” but I never heard from anyone for a day to three days later, if at all, every time I tried to contact them. They claim that they don’t see an active subscription for me. I have showed proof from Apple and still I haven’t been able to access my subscription. Who has my money???Looks like I will have to dispute with my credit card company since they have been beyond unhelpful. I have used this service for 5 years since the pandemic. Unfortunately now they have lost a customer.

Warning- do not sign up for a free trial!
I signed up for a free 14 day trial where I had to put in my credit card information. After taking a class I tried logging back in but it said no subscription was found. 2 weeks later I was charged and when I finally got through to customer service they said they weren’t able to help me and to reach out to apple apps because that’s how I signed up. Apple customer service looked into it and said I don’t have an active subscription through them and that I was also not charged through Apple apps. They recommended I dispute the charges and report the app. What a headache! I’ve tried reaching out to customer multiple times since then but haven’t been able to reach anyone. They have an automated bot system that’s says they will connect you with someone but nobody has contacted me. Beware!!

Impossible to cancel
I can not log into this account or change my password. Each time I get an error message. There is no one to contact and they keep charging me.

Slow and Buggy
This app is super slow and has crashed on me multiple times.

I’d signed up for the 1 year subscription but stopped using the app because I found a different service that better suited my fitness needs. I forgot to cancel the subscription and when I noticed I’d been charged for a new year I reached out to see if I could have my money refunded. Turns out they have a NO REFUND policy, so I wasn’t able to get my money back. I’ve experienced this a time or two in the past with other apps who had no issue refunding me; especially when they saw that I hadn’t been using the app or service. Things like that really go a long way with users; and I’ve even rejoined some of them later on. Xponential is only about taking your money. I recommend finding a different fitness app to use.

Classes are great, App could be better
App is great with content. Could have better navigation. Definitely needs improvement on tracking. I have done 3 video classes as part of the pure barre programs and it hasn’t registered any of them as completed (still showing 0 of 5 classes completed). Apple Watch data is also not syncing.
Great workouts, crappy app
I’ve been a Peleton member for two years and decided to subscribe to X+ for Barre and yoga. Unfortunately, the app needs work! Not only is it difficult to use - no filter / searches for time/ instructor / class but the screen is super small - even on an iPad - and you can not see the instructor’s feet. The instructor wears black against a black background!!! Please develop an app for iPad with a larger view screen and change the background or the instructor footwear to help is see what he or she is doing.
